Refund Policy - the basics

Thank you for your purchase from Feather and Flames Publishing. We are a small, independent publisher and your support means everything to us.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Please review our policy below:

Physical Books, both hardcover and paperback

  • All sales on Special Editions, personalized editions, stamped or signed releases are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us using our form within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and the damaged packaging

  • We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit, depending on availability

Digital and eBooks

  • Due to the instant access nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued.
